COVID-19 Update: Office Open, Legal Services Exempt from Ban

Rest assured, our office will remain open and operating during Orange County’s emergency executive order, which goes into effect this Thursday, March 26 at 11:00 PM. Legal services are essential services under § 2b(20) of the executive order. Our offices and any clients traveling to our offices are exempt from the travel ban under § 1(d).

Meetings and engagements will continue as planned. We understand that many of you may not wish to travel at this time; we are able to conduct meetings via phone or video conference. We are also able to make special arrangements for signing meetings.  For more details on our new procedures, please read our prior post here: COVID-19 Update from Our Office.

We believe it is crucial that your personal and business plans are up-to-date during these uncertain times. We encourage all of our clients to be proactive and review their documents with us for any necessary updates. Our goal is to assist clients and their families in avoiding unnecessary hardships due to outdated planning.
We value our clients and their families and our hearts go out to everyone affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
